Move & Flow by Nadia Tapia
I believe we live in a world in which we are slowly loosing connection with our bodies and I am convinced that, by enhancing this connection, we may be able to achieve greater wellbeing. My mission is to support people in discovering, exploring and enhancing this connection.

What is the
GYROKINESIS® method?
The Gyrokinesis method is a holistic movement method that addresses the entire body, opening energy pathways, stimulating the nervous system, increasing range of motion and creating functional strength through rhythmic, flowing movement sequences. It is an original and unique method that coordinates movement, breath and mental focus. The method, created by dancer Juliu Hovarth, explores the different movement possibilities of the spine, building spinal support to make more movement possibilities available to its practitioners. The Gyrokinesis method enhances the connections of within the body, increasing body control and awareness, and bringing a deep sense of well-being to its practitioners.
The Gyrokinesis exercises are practiced with a chair or stool, in a mat or standing. The method differentiates itself from other movement practices in that it promotes a fluid movement - instead of static positions - with multidimentional patterns - as opposed to linear movements.
